Ukraine: Canada must adopt effective emergency measures
In the last few hours, we have all become aware of the dramatic situation in which Ukrainian citizens find themselves since the start of a large-scale military operation led by Russia on the territory of Ukraine. The bombings and fighting are affecting civilians in many parts of the country and there is every reason to believe that they will continue to pay the price for these attacks.
